Included with your guestroom booking at the Colby Hill Inn is a lavish, unhurried breakfast in which we proudly feature the best from New Hampshire's farmers. The Chef generally offers a starter course and two entree choices Monday - Thursdays with broader options (see above) Friday-Sundays.
We serve breakfast 8:00-9:00 am Monday - Thursdays; 8:00-10:00 am Fridays - Saturdays and until 12:00 p.m. on Sundays (and Monday holidays). We will provide packed continental breakfast for anyone needing to depart by 7:00 am.
Our priority is always to source local, that is harvested or produced within a 2-hour drive, and organic foods when possible.
