BREAKFAST. The best reason for leaving your cozy room.

Included with your stay at the Colby Hill Inn is a lavish, unhurried four to five-course breakfast in which we proudly feature the best from New Hampshire’s farmers. Our priority is always to source local, that is harvested or produced within a 2-hour drive, and organic foods when possible.  Breakfast is served from 8:30 -10:00 am on weekends and 7:30 -9:30 am on weekdays, unless otherwise noted or requested.

We welcome your guests for breakfast with notice by at least 6:00 pm on the previous day for $20.00 (not including tax and gratuity). New England College students may join their parents who lodge at the Inn for breakfast at no charge.

As of May 12, we are also open to the public for breakfast on the weekends (RSVP required) for $20 per person.

Menu for Saturday, May 28

  • Organic Terra Nova Coffee (NH), assorted organic teas and fresh farm milk
  • Fruit and Grain Course: Mixed Berry Parfait and Fruit Platter
  • Juice Cleanser Course: choice of freshly pressed organic orange, natural cranberry or pineapple-coconut with a green chaser
  • Freshly Baked Course: Cranberry-raisin oatmeal muffins and banana bread
  • Entrée Course: Choice of Mediterranean Frittata with grilled artichoke, eggplant, zucchini, peppers and Vermont feta; or lemon summer berry crepe. Both served with optional local bacon or sausage.
  • Sweet Ending: Mousse parfait with fresh berries

Terra Nova coffee, our house-made granola, freshly baked cookies, and New Hampshire maple syrup are all available for purchase from our gift shop or by asking the innkeeper or server.

  • Freshly Baked Course: apple cranberry-sour cream coffee cake
  • Entrée Course: Choice of Duck confit, pork belly and corned beef flannel hash with poached eggs; or cinnamon raisin French toast stuffed with Nutella and cream cheese topped with fresh raspberries. Both served with optional local bacon or sausage.
  • Sweet Ending: Mousse parfait with fresh berries
