New Hampshire Maple Weekend – Chef’s Maple Menu

Friday, March 21 – Sunday, March 22. The Chef’s menu will feature dishes made with New Hampshire’s finest maple products! Visit Grant Family Farm’s open sugar house (Saturday and Sunday), see Kate for a pass to receive 10% off your entrees. Inn guests receive special gift bags with products from local sugar houses.

Vegetarian Wine (*organic wines) Dinner Party in Celebration of Earth Day’s 50th Anniversary

Friday, April 17. 6:00-9:00 p.m. $100 per person. Bringing you excellent wines from vineyards with exceptional practices in sustainability. We will invite some farmers to talk about their sustainability practices and highlight some of the best green initiatives in our state. Please share your own knowledge of NH initiatives or best green practices at the dinner. Colby Hill Inn will be installing honey bee hives on this year’s Earth Day (April 22)!

Wines of Summer Garden Party – Barn Dinner & Barn Swing Dance – with Auction to benefit Henniker Beautification. (*dance instruction by The Hidden Door Studio)(**this will be a professionally stylized event with professional photographer – barn stylized for “enchanted forest” theme)

On main lawn. Friday, July 24. 6:00-9:00 p.m. A la carte biergarten menu. Live music. Featuring several local breweries (tbd). No cover.

National Honey Bee Awareness Weekend – Chef’s Honey Menu

Friday, August 14 – Sunday, August 16. The Chef’s menu will feature dishes made with our Executive Sous Chef, Ian Lowies’ own honey! Visit the inn’s newly installed bee hives and learn from local bee experts.

December 31. 7:00-10:00 Cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres and four courses – $125 per person.

After Party to include deluxe snack station and champagne – 10:00-1:00 a.m. $40 for non-diners. Cash bar for all.
