Jingle Turkeys!

jinglebellsSeems like Thanksgiving and Christmas all start blending right into Halloween earlier and earlier each year.  That’s why I’ve named this blog post Jingle Turkeys!  We’re busy preparing for the holidays here at the Inn- tracking down our decorations, working on menus, making sure we have plenty of wood for our cozy fireplaces and we’re ready to welcome you and your family.

There are plenty of local fairs and events leading up to the holidays….and don’t forget that New Hampshire has multiple outlet malls AND we are tax free too.  Come visit us for all your holiday shopping and enjoy a little getaway too. As I look out the window this morning I’ve seen that Pat’s Peak has been testing their snow making overnight and this morning. It won’t be long till we see the white stuff and can get skiing and tubing over at the Peak.

In the meantime, have you made your Thanksgiving  plans yet?  For over 5Holiday_Thanksgiving_Turkey-Dinner-Picture-2012-HD-Wallpaper-10 years the Colby Hill Inn has been serving Thanksgiving dinner to our guests (no shopping for us on that day!).  It’s our favorite holiday and this will be our 16th year of spending it with you.  We have so much to be thankful for and we always enjoy seeing our returning guests and new friends on this special day.  Don’t wait though—we book up quickly and it’s right around the corner.

We also wmobile-header-rotation-3elcome you for New Year’s.  New Year’s Eve falls on a Thursday evening this year.  That means more time off from work for a long holiday weekend!  We have special packages for 2 and 3 nights lodging along with dinner and in room treats including champagne and hand-dipped truffles.  Packages start at $499 per couple plus tax.  Call us and let us and we’ll help you pick the perfect guest room —we’ll help you make it a memorable start to the New Year!specials-sip
